Billy responded to our urgent need in less than an hour. On his way to the garage he called and asked relevant questions to gauge whether he could do the repair. He had the parts, he did the job, he was personable, he explained things, he didn’t try to upsell us. He was thorough.The price for the repair was reasonable. Was very happy to call and cancel the appointment made to PSM as I had found someone more responsive. I had intended to contact PSM to replace the three garage doors and the openers. Now, I put Elevate Garage Door C (EGDC) as my first choice to do the work. One thing, the call back from Billy showed up on my phone as coming from Mentor, Ohio which is about 60 miles difference from Warren, Ohio. That’s a small technical issue that should be acknowledged on the website as I might have ignored the call expecting it to come from Warren, Ohio. Second thing, and this is no way a negative, the response, the work and the overall experience was such that I am sad that more types of repair and other work aren’t done by EGDC. So after the panic of finding a garage door that could not be opened or closed with the PSM not available for 3 to 4 days, with Billy of EGDC, in a couple of hours it was “done and dusted” in a few hours.
