My garage-door-from-hell would reject frequently (not closing), made loud cracking sounds, and generally drove me nuts as I was showing my townhome for sale. I tried to solve the problem myself with YouTube videos, but never found the right answer. I had hired two other services to replace a Chamberlain unit and broken spring, but neither ultimately solved the problem of the door rejecting—until I found Lance. He replaced the new wheels and installed the ‘correct’ spring, made adjustments on a follow-up visit (without charging me)—and finally my garage-door-from-hell works smoothly again. Quiet again. Normal again. Over several visits, I found Lance reliable, trustworthy, personable, fair. He never kept me waiting—and his fee-for-service was more than reasonable. Easy pay thru Zelle. Highly recommend Lance!

What an awesome experience! Billy came out and was awesome to work with...no haggling or sales pressure, just diagnosed my issue and got to work. Not only does the garage door run now, but it's 100% quieter too! Additionally, Billy took the time to lube all parts of the door to ensure lasting care. Sadly, I know someday garage repairs are inevitable, however I feel fortunate that we have such an awesome company locally who is there to help! 100 stars on a scale of 1 to 10

Phenomenal experience with Elevate Garage Door Company.
My garage door would not open. I called and spoke with Billy at 2:00 pm on a Friday. He asked if it was an emergency which it was not as my cars were not in the garage. He asked which would be better for me, Friday at 6:00 pm or Saturday morning, for him to repair it. He arrived at 5:45 pm, replaced the broken spring, did a routine maintenance on the entire garage door and fixed my non-working garage door opener.
The customer service was incredible. The workmanship was great and the fee's are very reasonable. Billy is extremely personable and knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. I highly recommend Elevate Garage Door Company

I had a fantastic experience with Elevate. Billy was communicative, available sooner than I expected, gave me an estimate right away, and was able to schedule the installation at a convenient time for me. He was prompt in responding to email. He installed two new openers and replaced a spring on one of our doors. The service was reasonably priced and we're very happy with the result.

Really happy with my decision to call Elevate Garage Door Co for my garage door spring repair. Called on a Sunday (football) evening and Billy answered immediately and discussed with me my repair and his availability. He was able to come the very next day and was very communicative about everything. He talked to us about some pieces that may also need attention and fixed everything for us in a timely manner.
